I was born and raised in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. An interest in photography sparked when I was in high school. Everything was different; bedsheets were backdrops and sisters in fancy dresses were my models. A flower, no longer a flower, but rather the perfect prop.

Eventually a sparked interest became a flame of passion for the industry when I attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and graduated with a diploma in Photography. I had a glimpse of what my future would be like when I had the opportunity to assist a photographer for one year.

After that, nothing seemed more real to me, so I packed up my hopes and dreams of purchasing my own business and moved back to Swift Current to work with another photographer for two years. My dreams then became a reality once I signed off on the purchase of my new business.

Being young with a wealth of experience allows me to have a fresh take on photography. Satisfaction is only achieved for me when I feel that I’ve captured real emotion and expressions. The quality of my work exceeds what the client desires while at the same time captures those special, cherished moments in time.
